CASE FOR DEFENSIVE CHANGE IN 2010
In the Tradition Football League, the average quarterback rating for the top five quarterbacks is around 80. The average quarterback rating for the top five quarterbacks in the NFL in 2009 was well over 100. I think we really need to look at going back to average/average in 2010.

Game of the Week - Week 13
The Tradition Football Game of the Week pits the (9-3) Utica Spartans versus the (10-2) Staten Island Gems. This is a rematch of the Week 7 scorefest that saw Staten Island defeat Utica 55-48. In that game, there were eight touchdown passes, four each by Aaron Rodgers (Utica) and David Garrard (Staten Island). It also included one punt return and two kick return for touchdowns. This promises for a stellar showdown in Staten Island.
