GAMES OF THE WEEK

Tucson 27, Minnesota 24 Game Story Alshon Jeffery was fantastic as the visitors from Tucson edged Minnesota by the score of 27 to 24. Jeffery smoked the Minnesota defense with 5 catches for 173 receiving yards. Tony Romo passed 41 times for 391 yards adding a touchdown. Tucson won the air battle out-passing Minnesota 401 to 342 yards. The biggest play of the game was a pass to Alshon Jeffery that went for 55 yards with 4:30 left in the 1st quarter. Tucson got ahead early outscoring Minnesota 14 to 7 in the first quarter. Minnesota was on top at the half 21 to 14. Tucson led after three quarters 24 to 21.
